Power UP Personnel Construction Cleaning Division offers an extensive line of construction cleaning services with a combined 20 years of construction cleaning experience. Our management team and staff members are trained to exceed and take pride in servicing our customer, because our goal is to give quality service with integrity at the best possible price.
We provide each customer with a full range of services, whether commercial or residential. Every job is tailored to each specific need of the customer, down to the finest detail.

Below, you will find a general list of the specifications we use for rough/final and revision cleaning. Respectively, every project is different and we accommodate the needs of our customers accordingly.
ROUGH CLEAN
- Remove any light trash, dirt, and debris from the interior of the unit and dispose of, as directed by the Contractor's Superintendent.
- Rough clean all tubs, toilets, lavatories, kitchen sinks and appliances. Remove any and all temporary protection and labels not required to remain.
- Rough clean out all kitchen cabinets and vanity cabinets. Clean all kitchen countertops and vanity tops.
- Rough clean the inside and outside surfaces of all windows (Windows up to 9 ft.) and sliding glass doors. Frames, sills, and tracks are vacuumed as required.
- Rough clean all utility closets, water heaters closets, storage areas, garages, etc.
- Rough sweep of floors.
FINAL CLEAN
- Remove any and all light trash, dirt, and debris from the interior of the unit and dispose of, as directed by the Contractor's Superintendent.
- Final clean kitchen cabinets, kitchen countertops, and vanity tops. Vacuum the inside of all cabinets, as required to remove dirt and debris. Clean all cabinets, vanities, and other stained woodwork and all stainless-steel sinks.
- Final clean the inside and outside surfaces of all windows (Windows up to 9 ft.) and sliding glass doors.
- Final clean all plumbing fixtures and related trim to a sanitary condition. Clean all medicine cabinets, mirrors, and bath accessories.
- Final clean all electrical fixtures and trim.
- Final clean all appliances. Remove all packing materials, temporary labels, and operating and maintenance manuals. Place in kitchen drawers as directed.
- Final clean all base boards, casing, and sills. Clean all wood shelving.
- Final clean the outside and inside of all exterior doors, including the threshold. Clean all interior doors.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors.
