Our electrical installation teams can be dispatched as an individual or an entire crew. Many of our customers use us for the wiring and conduit installation portion of their projects. With very short notice, we can supply both large and small crews of low-voltage cabling installers for short and long-term temporary staffing projects.

Many of our customers like to use the contract-to-hire mechanism because it gives them a chance to try the individual out before they commit to bringing them on their internal payroll.

The contract-to-hire term is 6 months, and the permanent placement fee ranges from 20% to 25% of their annual salary: the higher the salary, the higher the placement percentage. As a general guideline, any salary under $50k a year will be 20% of the annual salary.
